The Atria Institute of Technology, Bangalore, was established in 2000 as a private institution. Procedures for Admission and Eligibility
Students may apply through management quota, COMED-K, or the CET.
Admission via CET: (For students with Karnataka residency)
For admission to BE and other UG programs, the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) of GoK conducts the Common Entrance Test (CET). Every year, the online application period opens in February, the online examination is performed in April, the results are announced in May, the online seat allocation process begins in June, and classes begin in August.
Through CET, 5% of the supernumerary quota seats and 45% of the overall admissions are distributed.
Admission via COMED-K: (For students from Karnataka and outside of Karnataka)
The entrance test for the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) is typically held in May.
The COMED-K exam is used to allocate 30% of the available seats in the overall intake.
Admission via management quota: (For Indian and international students)
Management quota admissions are made solely on the basis of merit and individual counselling.
Every year, the admissions process begins in the month of April.
A management quota is used to fill 25% of the total intake.

The Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET), which is held in July and August, is administered by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) and serves as a gateway test for a number of PG programs given by the best private (aided and unaided)/government institutions.
PGCET is used to allocate 80% of the overall intake.
